Netbios Over TCP IP always disabled

I've found something useful in order to troubleshoot XP2.

If we can not connect and resolve local network hosts, then you perhaps check it from command prompt (start-run-cmd), type: ipconfig /all

then if you found: Netbios over TCP IP --> disabled

perhaps you need this advice:

still in command prompt:
1. type: netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
2. netsh winsock reset
afterthat, you need to restart your computer.
